Why We Built This Site
Mississippi gives the public broad access to court records. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. The Circuit Clerk, Wanda B. Robinson, is the clerk of Circuit Court and keeps the records for felony criminal and civil cases, along with marriage licenses, juries, and elections. The Chancery Clerk, Michael L. Kolb, is the clerk of Chancery Court and handles land records, probate, estates, guardianship, conservatorship, divorce, and Board of Supervisors records. The Sheriff, David Gore, answers jail and custody questions. The Justice Court handles small claims, misdemeanors, and traffic citations issued outside the municipalities. Statewide online access runs through Mississippi Electronic Courts (MEC and the public PAMEC portal). We pull together the contact details, search portals, and request steps for each of these offices into one place.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
